1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 918k, an online entertainment and betting platform operating under the domain 918k.fun. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the management of 918k ("Platform", "We", "918k").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any part of the 918k platform – whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access method – you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.

These terms govern the relationship between 918k and its users in all matters relating to the use of the platform, including but not limited to: account registration, depositing and withdrawing funds, participation in games and betting, claiming bonuses and promotions, and all communications with our customer support team.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the 918k platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 918k maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against registration by underage individuals.
• Be in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities.
• Not currently on any active self-exclusion list or platform ban imposed by any relevant regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register for yourself and not as a representative or agent of another party.

918k reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm user eligibility. Documents that may be requested include national ID, passport, proof of address, and financial-related documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 918k platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details by the same individual.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify 918k immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Ensure that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware.

918k will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party that occurred before you reported the loss of account control to us. Once a report is received, we will take immediate action to secure your account.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

918k supports multiple payment methods including direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposited funds must be used within the platform and may not be transferred to other users.
• 918k reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes through our automated system.
• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification for security purposes.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 918k platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• The minimum bet amount is RM 1 per bet, with the maximum varying depending on the game type and market selected.
• 918k reserves the right to void any bets accepted due to technical errors, incorrectly published odds, or inaccurate event information. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded in full.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes were already known before the bet was placed are invalid and will be voided.
• For live in-play Sports Betting, odds may change or markets may close at any time depending on how the event unfolds.
• 918k uses independent third parties to verify the outcomes of sports events and games. Third-party results are final for the purpose of bet settlement.

In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, users may contact our customer support team within 48 hours after the result is announced. All disputes will be investigated fairly, with a response provided within 5 business days.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

918k offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and eligibility conditions stated alongside each promotion.

• Welcome bonuses and other promotions may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount — for example, "15x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Bonuses obtained through fraud, system manipulation, or multiple account ownership will be voided and the associated accounts may be closed.
• 918k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

7 User Responsibilities

As a 918k user, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to automate gameplay or betting.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform operations in any way.
• Using another person's account information or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the platform.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward support staff or other users.
• Spreading false information about 918k on any platform or media.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion, bribery, or other dishonest means.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

918k reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Confirmed fraud or attempted fraud.
• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Activity showing signs of money laundering.
• An approved self-exclusion application.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our support team. Once a closure request is received, all valid balances (not subject to dispute) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

Users may also apply for self-exclusion through account settings for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently as part of our responsible gaming program.

9 Liability Limits

918k is fully committed to ensuring the platform operates fairly, securely, and reliably. However, the following liability limitations apply:

• 918k is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, third-party outages, or natural disasters.
• 918k is not liable for losses arising from users sharing their login credentials or allowing others to access their accounts.
• Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and are not subject to appeal on the basis of chance alone.
• 918k makes no guarantee that you will win any particular bet or game.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

918k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in cases of security emergencies requiring immediate action.

It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and 918k will be referred to a recognised and independent arbitration body.
